Larderfresh Roasted Almond Nougat is a handmade, Italian style, soft nougat. Our nougat is made from premium quality ingredients – whole freshly roasted Australian almonds making up 50% of the product’s net weight. The nougat base contains no stabilizers, preservatives or shortenings, which is what gives our product a smooth texture. Our Nougat is heat sensitive and is best refrigerated or stored in a very cool place and it has a six-month shelf life once opened. Great with coffee, on a cheese plate or with ice cream. This product is gluten and dairy free.
